The Bloom Organization was founded in 1945 by Abraham Bloom, who began in the business by building residential row homes in Camden, New Jersey. Henry Bloom joined his father in 1949 and the focus changed from the residential venue to emphasis on the construction of manufacturing and warehouse distribution facilities. Steven Bloom joined the company in 1969, bringing innovative ideas and management to the business. In addition to the warehouses, he added the development of flex, retail, single and multi-story office facilities. His efforts built the strong foundation that The Bloom Organization manages today.
